The LV-transient-free static switched capacitor bank provides next level power system enhancements. This level of protection is ideal for high-current loads that rapidly switch on and off – such as those found in rock crushing, arc-welding, plastic injection molding and crane applications – which are typically vulnerable to power factor issues, voltage flickers, or require sag or harmonic corrections. Eaton’s Transient-free static switching device comes in two models: the FTA model and the FTE model.

The Unipak filter is a low voltage, fixed, fused power factor capacitor bank with 4.2H or 4.7H detuned reactors to protect capacitor cells in harmonically rich environments. Designed to work in heavy industrial applications with relatively constant loads, the Unipak filter features fused capacitors and reactors with cleared fuse lights and an over temperature light to make visibly accessing the health of your equipment easy. 

The Unipak is a low voltage, fixed, fused power factor capacitor bank for use in heavy industrial applications with a stable load where fixed capacitance can provide the most effective means of correction. With optional replaceable fusing, indicator lights for cleared fuses, and indoor/outdoor service, this small footprint capacitor can fit the specific needs of your application. 

The MV-AutoVAR product line is comprised of metal-enclosed, medium voltage capacitor banks for applications with varying plant power factors. This capacitor system, which is housed within a NEMA 3R modular enclosure, automatically switches stages of capacitance in and out based on information collected by the power factor controller on the door-in-door control panel.
