The GPSP1-L1-TNCJJ is a 50 Ω surge protective device (SPD) designed for GPS antenna ports, optimized for the L1 frequency of 1575.42 MHz. Compliant with IEC 61643-21 (Category C2) and RoHS, it offers an insertion loss of 1.0 dB or less, a VSWR of 1.3 or less and a propagation delay of 1 ns or less, preserving GPS signal quality and timing accuracy. It passes DC 6 V / 100 mA to power active antennas, supports a permissible power of 10 W and withstands an impulse current of 2 kA (8/20 µs), with a very low voltage protection level of 10 V or less (1.2/50 µs, 4 kV applied), keeping GPS receivers safe from lightning-induced surges.
