The MZEV2-200 is a compact surge protective device (SPD) for single-phase 2-wire low voltage power supplies (AC 120/240 V), ideal for EV charging devices and lighting panels. Compliant with IEC 61643-11 (Class II/III) and RoHS, it provides a voltage protection level of 1.35 kV or less (L-to-PE), a nominal discharge current of 2.5 kA and a maximum discharge current of 5 kA (8/20 µs). A single unit protects both lines and ground at the same time, and its LED deterioration indicator with a detachment mechanism makes replacement quick and safe. Lightweight (about 56 g) and screw-mounted, it saves space inside the equipment.
