Description

Encapsulated Transformers are designed to provide reliable voltage transformation and electrical isolation in environments exposed to moisture, dust, and other airborne contaminants. Each unit’s core and coil assembly is fully encapsulated in a high-quality epoxy resin, forming a solid, moisture-resistant mass that protects internal components from harsh operating conditions and mechanical stress.

These transformers are ideal for indoor and outdoor installations where environmental protection and long-term reliability are critical. The encapsulation process enhances dielectric strength, prevents corrosion, and dampens vibration, ensuring consistent performance over years of service.

These encapsulated transformers are available in both single-phase and three-phase configurations, covering a broad range of kVA ratings and voltage combinations. Built to meet or exceed CSA and UL standards, they provide excellent voltage regulation, low losses, and quiet operation.
